2.1. The App is intended exclusively for paper trading and is not intended to facilitate actual financial transactions. Simulated gains or losses resulting from App activities are not genuine and have no impact on real-world financial outcomes.
2.2. You commit to utilizing the App in compliance with the relevant local laws and regulations.
2.3. You acknowledge that the App's functionality might be influenced by technical glitches, and you agree that uninterrupted access to the App is not assured.
3.1. You are prohibited from utilizing the App for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
3.2. Unauthorized attempts to access the App's systems, data, or other user accounts are strictly forbidden.
3.3. Activities that might disturb or compromise the proper operation of the App are not permissible.
4.1. The App is provided "as is," without any warranties or representations, whether express or implied.
4.2. We disclaim responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information presented by the App.

5.2. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works based on the App or its content is prohibited without explicit written consent.
6.1. We retain the authority to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, without advance notice or liability.
7.1. Any changes to these Terms will be displayed on this page. Continued use of the App following these changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Yupia, Arunachal Pradesh.
9.1. The App offers prepaid subscription services. By purchasing a prepaid subscription, you agree to the pricing, payment, and billing policies outlined at the point of sale.
9.2. Prepaid subscriptions will grant you access to the premium features of the App for a specified period. You will not be billed automatically at the end of this period.
9.3. If you wish to continue using the App after your prepaid subscription expires, you will need to purchase another prepaid subscription.
9.4. All fees paid for prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
